Maintenance Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to join Eden Scott Ltd as a Maintenance Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the facilities at Thainstone Auction Centre, the largest purpose-built auction centre in Scotland.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and a proven track record of managing a team. They will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the optimal operation of facilities and equipment.
• Manage a team of maintenance staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of maintenance services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including staff, customers, and suppliers.
