About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive manager to bring previous management skills to our organisation, the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). We are a respected regulatory body that regulates pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacies in Great Britain.

We work to assure and improve standards of care for people using pharmacy services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting equality, valuing diversity, and being inclusive in all our work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly oversee the work of two Deputy Managers, providing guidance, while supporting the overall performance and development of the entire registration team.
  • Inspire the team by conducting engaging team meetings, one-to-one sessions, and targeted coaching, ensuring clear direction and continuous development.
  • Experience of working in a customer services environment, dealing with and quality-assuring high volumes of processing and data entry.
  • Design, develop, and implement processes that align with our strategic aims and policy changes.
