Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

KM4HR is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to drive people strategy and support organizational goals from our Northern Ireland base, while collaborating with the wider People & Culture team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop cyclical people plans and ongoing people management strategies
  • Support post-acquisition integration of businesses within the group
  • Deliver organizational and individual change management plans
  • Identify and manage strategies connecting to the wider organization, providing essential education, training, and development
  • Improve and deliver high-quality people programs, creating policies, processes, and systems
  • Manage employee relations cases, including probationary reviews, performance management, absence, capability, grievance, and disciplinary matters
  • Maintain accurate people data and ongoing analysis to interpret trends and create people-focused solutions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a professionally focused client environment
  • Full HR exposure, including Payroll, gained within a larger organization
  • Experience of Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Confident with change management, organizational development, and workforce planning
  • Current knowledge of employment legislation (Ireland essential, rest of the UK highly desirable)
  • CIPD qualification
