Executive Chef

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for fresh food and have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef. They will be responsible for managing stock rotation and ordering, ensuring the Kitchen is clean and well maintained, and meeting all food, health and safety standards.

- Ability to work under pressure within a small team and manage costs effectively
- Positive attitude with a willingness to develop the team around you
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate the team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
