Head Chef Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to join our team at a luxury care home in Southampton. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading a small kitchen team and delivering high-quality meals to our residents.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of nutrition and experience of catering for individuals with different dietary requirements. You will be responsible for producing delicious, home-cooked foods that look and taste good, and for leading a kitchen team to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals to residents
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to the needs of our residents
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff
What We Offer
