About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Croydon branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and ensuring the smooth operation of the branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales, drivers, and warehouse staff to achieve excellent customer service and operational efficiency
  • Monitor and control sales, margin, and overheads to exceed targets and deliver best-in-class financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, storage efficiency, and housekeeping procedures
  • Lead by example and promote a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing

Requirements
