Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of carers, promoting independence, and advocating for service users. They will also contribute to achieving 'Outstanding' Ofsted ratings across all homes.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, plus a bonus of up to £6,000 for outstanding performance. The package also includes onsite parking, access to a learning development academy, education grants, and leadership opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Childrens Registered Manager
  • Proven track record of supporting children in an Ofsted regulated residential setting

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of carers to deliver high-quality care services
