Key Responsibilities

  • Servicing treatment equipment in line with customer needs and policies.
  • Complete Legionella sampling to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Identify opportunities for upgrades, whether it's chemical dosing equipment, training, analytical services, or increased scope of supply.
  • Ensure the service plan is defined and delivered.
  • Find, fix, or seek solutions for any problems encountered.
  • Assist with projects from surveying to completion.
  • Engage with safe chemical delivery and storage procedures.
  • Calibrate personal and onsite equipment and generate certificates.
  • Conduct routine maintenance of technology and equipment.
  • Operate dosing pumps and change dosing rates based on test results.
  • Independently diagnose issues found onsite and escalate or rectify as required.

Requirements

  • Chemistry or Chemical Engineering background or equivalent scientific qualification.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Organised and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
