Job Title: VP Operations

At Stuart, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic VP Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the operational excellence of our business, ensuring seamless execution of our strategies, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize operational improvements, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of projects.
  • Drive process improvements, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in operations leadership, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and transformation.
  • 5+ years of experience in people management, with a focus on developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation is a plus.
