About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced VP Operations Leader to join our team at Stuart. As a key member of our Executive team, you will be responsible for setting the strategic vision for our operations, product, and feature enhancements. You will work closely with our product, engineering, sales, operations, business development, and other teams to drive growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thought leadership to our operations team and globally as a member of the Executive team.
  • Be the advocate for client satisfaction through smooth operations and BPO management.
  • Ensure cities are performing according to their potential and the supply-demand level.
  • Implement and improve all courier operational processes to enable a healthy supply.
  • Implement Stuart's ambitious Sustainability program.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience scaling an operational team across multiple countries.
  • 5+ years of people management experience, including managing and developing leaders and managing remotely across multiple sites.
  • Proven track record of attracting talent, scaling and developing high performing teams, and understanding and celebrating diversity.
  • English skills is a must.
  • Strategic thinker with proven track record of transforming operations through innovation and long-term strategies for continuous improvement.
  • A 1% better everyday mindset while questing the status quo.
  • Gritty attitude as there are a new set of challenges you'll face everyday, and just when you think you have a hold on the state of the world, it changes.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation is a plus.
