We are seeking a highly skilled CASD Architect to join our team at Reed. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the design and implementation of CA Service Desk and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing CA Service Desk and CMDB solutions, developing data feeds into the CA suite for a unified enterprise asset view, and working collaboratively within a multi-skilled agile team.

Required skills and qualifications include proven experience in the design and implementation of CA Service Desk and CMDB, ability to design and implement effective data feeds into the CA suite, and strong problem-solving skills and experience in scripting unit tests.

The successful candidate will have excellent documentation skills for support and design materials, and be agile and adaptable to evolving user requirements.
