Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in the UK. As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring project financial efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Estimation: Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Financial Reporting: Conduct cost analysis and financial reporting throughout project lifecycles.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in cost management software and financial reporting tools.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
