**Job Description:** Health and Wellbeing Support Worker
**Estimated Salary:** £23,000 - £28,000 per annum
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Health and Wellbeing Support Worker to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our stop smoking service, you will work with clients to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall health and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of behaviour change techniques and experience of working within the health and wellbeing sector. You will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Your duties will include assessing clients for suitability for the service and eligibility for the right tier of support, carrying out CO testing using equipment provided, and providing pharmacotherapy via a voucher scheme or direct supply. You will also work closely with colleagues to deliver a high-quality service that meets the needs of our clients.
