Homelessness Intervention Coordinator

CV-Library is recruiting a skilled Homelessness Intervention Coordinator to contribute to our team's mission of preventing homelessness. As a Homelessness Intervention Coordinator, you will be responsible for conducting Part 7 risk assessments and providing expert advice to those at risk of homelessness.
Main Tasks:- Strong understanding of Housing and Homelessness legislation, including Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996 and Homeless Reduction Act 2017.
- Deliver effective support services to customers to prevent or alleviate homelessness.
- Establish relationships with local stakeholders to ensure collaborative efforts to combat homelessness.
- Ongoing provision of services to residents identified as being at risk of homelessness by the Early Intervention Team.
This temporary full-time role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum. Additional benefits include a guaranteed weekly payment, a dedicated account manager, and reimbursement for DBS costs upon successful placement.
