Senior Financial Role

The beBee Professionals finance team in Preston, United Kingdom is looking for a seasoned Senior Financial professional to lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Manage cash flow and liquidity to maintain financial stability and optimize returns.
  • Oversee internal controls, accounting processes, and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and provide expert financial guidance to senior management.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies across the finance function.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Senior Financial role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting, with proven experience in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software, Excel, and data analysis tools.
  • Hold a recognized accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary, performance bonuses, pension scheme, private healthcare, and flexible working hours.
