About Our Employment Team

We are seeking an exceptional Employment Solicitor to join our team in a fantastic opportunity to get involved in a wide variety of work with a respondent focus. Our Employment team acts for charities, education organisations, SMEs and large household name companies, handling a mix of advisory and contentious work. As such, you can expect a role which is varied and enables you to develop a good-rounded skillset with opportunity to specialise in sectors or particular areas of law.

Your Role

You'll be part of a highly collaborative regional team of over 20, working closely together to ensure our clients receive excellent support. Expect to be working on day to day HR Advisory work, advising on settlement agreements, assisting or running your own Tribunal Claims and getting involved in project work such as holiday pay, TUPE, corporate support and ED&I training or advice.
