Employment Solicitor Opportunity at Anakin Seal Legal

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team at Anakin Seal Legal in Leeds. As a key member of our employment law team, you will provide expert advice to clients on all aspects of employment law, including employment contracts, performance and absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and managing restructuring redundancies and executive severance.

Our employment team works closely with clients to understand their employment law needs and provides tailored advice to help them navigate complex employment law issues. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, from public and private sector organizations, and assist in providing advice on all aspects of employment law.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law and be able to provide expert advice to clients. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.

We are looking for a candidate with 2-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) who is looking to take their career to the next level. If you are a motivated and experienced Employment Solicitor looking for a new challenge, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to clients on all aspects of employment law
  • Assist in providing advice on employment contracts, performance and absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and managing restructuring redundancies and executive severance
  • Work closely with clients to understand their employment law needs and provide tailored advice
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive employment law services

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in employment law
  • Strong understanding of employment law and ability to provide expert advice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
