About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Training Supervisor to oversee and implement comprehensive training programs for our production and warehouse environments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing a skilled workforce, focusing on new colleague onboarding and training.

Your primary duties will include collaborating with various departments to identify training needs and create relevant training materials. This may involve conducting training sessions, evaluating program effectiveness, and managing the development of Training Ambassadors.

You will also be responsible for day-to-day queries from colleagues, liaising with HR and Training Teams as necessary. Furthermore, you will work closely with department managers and supervisors to align training programs with company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and implementing comprehensive training programs for production and warehouse environments.
  • Developing a skilled workforce, focusing on new colleague onboarding and training.
  • Collaborating with various departments to identify training needs and create relevant training materials.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with day-to-day queries from colleagues, liaising with HR and Training Teams as required.
  • Collaborating with department managers and supervisors to identify training needs and develop relevant training programs.
  • Conducting training sessions for new and existing employees, utilizing various training methods.
  • Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments.
  • Maintaining training records and documentation, including attendance, evaluations, and training completion reports.
  • Providing support and guidance to Training Ambassadors, promoting a positive learning environment.
  • Monitoring and reviewing the sign-off process of safe systems of work documents.
  • Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Instructions.

Compensation:

  • An estimated salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
