Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our dedicated maintenance and engineering team at PRS. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

The role involves working on a split shift pattern, Monday to Friday, with plenty of overtime opportunities. You will be responsible for delivering technical planned and reactive maintenance within a prestigious facility and estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform PPM and reactive electrical maintenance across building services plant
  • Conduct lighting and emergency lighting checks
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor the Building Management System (BMS)
  • Identify areas for improvement and energy reduction
  • Diagnose faults and make good whenever possible
  • Overlap with Mechanical, HVAC, and fabric teams as needed
  • Perform electrical small works and lifecycle repairs

Requirements:

  • Qualified Electrician (Level 3 or Part 1&2)
  • Experience of PPM and reactive maintenance works
  • Plant room experience
  • 18th edition certification
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Previous experience of compliance checks
  • Previous experience of commercial-grade buildings
  • Able to pass a DBS check
  • Valid driving license
