As an Internal Technical Sales specialist, you will be responsible for providing sales and technical support to customers, handling commercial and technical inquiries, and contributing to high-quality customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers
  • Answer telephone calls and process email correspondence
  • Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features
Requirements:
  • Good Electrical Engineering background, ONC/HNC in Electrical Engineering required
  • Knowledge of Sage 50cloud Accounts Software an advantage
  • Hand-on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access in particular)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with a high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
