As a private client paralegal, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting lawyers with probate and estate administration tasks
  • Drafting correspondence and documents ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Using case management systems to generate and complete correspondence and documents
  • Coordinating meetings, taking instructions, and liaising with clients
  • Conducting research on laws and regulations
  • Liaising with professionals such as financial advisors and accountants
  • Assisting the team with their caseload as needed
  • Reviewing client documents
  • Ensuring accurate client billing and adherence to compliance responsibilities

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
