Job Title: Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our new range of HVAC products to residential and light commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to bring our HVAC products to market
  • Convert prospects into successful customers through customer sales methods such as door-to-door, cold calling, exhibitions, and presentations
  • Research and forecast sales, develop sales strategies, and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Visit customers regularly to evaluate their needs and desires, turning this information into future marketing material or feedback to management
  • Create sales targets and work to meet them individually and as a team
  • Monitor the organisation's competitors, their products, and marketing strategies
  • Act as a representative for the organisation during customer meetings and presentations
  • Maintain customer accounts and records of sales
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial data collected
Requirements:
  • Personally organised and punctual with a good understanding of computers and software systems
  • Ability to take completely new products in the HVAC sector and bring them to the market
  • Ability to research the potential market and put together a proposal
  • Knowledge of converting the outline plan into a detailed sales and marketing strategy to come within budget
  • In-depth knowledge of the residential/light commercial construction sectors
  • Quality networking skills and the ability to get past 'gatekeepers' and put yourself in front of the decision maker for future construction projects
