We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Universal Business Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our national field sales team to achieve sales targets, develop accounts, and maximize sales.

A proven track record in proactive sales is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with field sales representatives to grow and maximize existing accounts
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on warm leads, quotes, and build customer relationships
  • Ensure regular phone contact and field sales visits, coordinating and arranging appointments for the field sales team
  • Follow up on actions from face-to-face visits and liaise with the internal sales/customer services team to ensure quick customer responses
  • Update customer/prospect information on our software system and input relevant notes and call records

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in proactive sales
  • Excellent phone manner and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Persistent and results-driven
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting KPIs over the phone
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
