Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our team at FCA. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing supervision and support to foster carers, ensuring the well-being and safety of children in foster care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regular supervision and support to foster carers, including home visits and reviews
- Conduct assessments and reviews of foster carers and children in foster care
- Develop and implement individualized plans for foster carers and children
- Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers, therapists, and medical professionals
- Ensure compliance with FCA policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Qualification in social work or a related field
- Experience in supervising foster carers and working with children in foster care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
