Internal Communications Manager

At Regional Office United Kingdom, we're seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you'll play a vital role in shaping our Employee Experience function and driving employee engagement across our global workforce.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity reports to the Head of Employee Experience and is focused on developing and delivering impactful internal communications strategies that engage and inform our diverse global workforce. You'll be responsible for driving employee engagement, enhancing company culture, and ensuring alignment with our brand values and purpose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to engage and inform our global workforce.
  • Write and edit engaging content for various communication mediums, ensuring tone and messaging are appropriate for the target audience.
  • Coordinate communication campaigns and initiatives, working with different departments to ensure the roll out supports business objectives.
  • Manage and update internal communication channels and platforms, overseeing the use of communication platforms such as the intranet and collaboration tools.
  • Ensure all internal communications are aligned to our strategic agenda, blueprints, and values, promoting a consistent corporate identity through all internal messaging.
  • Organise and support internal events, meetings, and presentations, such as town halls and engagement events.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, and continuously improve communications practices based on data and team member feedback.
  • Provide communication support during organisational changes and crises by developing and executing communication plans for periods of change.
Requirements
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies.
  • Proficient in writing clear, engaging, and persuasive content for various internal platforms.
  • Experienced in communicating with deskless workers, multiple languages, across EMEA.
  • Skilled in interacting with and influencing senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Capable of assessing communication effectiveness and adapting strategies based on feedback and metrics.
  • Experienced in managing multiple communication projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiar with communication tools and platforms and understanding of the importance of multi-media.
