Job Title: Medical Director, UK
Job Summary:
Only Medics is seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead our UK Medical Team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our medical strategy in the UK and Western Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement medical strategies to maximize engagement for our upcoming launch in the UK and Western Europe.
- Lead the UK Medical Team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of medical initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans that meet our medical and commercial objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Above Country stakeholders and relationship managers.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
Requirements:
- Experienced Final Signatory with a strong track record of leadership and people management.
- GMC Registered Physician or GPhC Registered Pharmacist with a deep understanding of the UK pharmaceutical market.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business growth and development.
- Experience in specialty products and a strong understanding of the UK medical landscape.
Desirable:
- Experience working with Above Country stakeholders and relationship managers.
