Waking Night Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Waking Night Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our children with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create a warm and welcoming environment that promotes the children's well-being.
  • Support the children with their daily routines, including personal care, medication, and meal times.

Requirements:

  • Experience in care or a related field is desirable, but full training and induction are provided.
  • Driver's license is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our children and colleagues.
