About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Female Support Worker to join our team in Great Sankey, WA5. The successful candidate will support an outgoing young lady with a learning disability and autism to live independently in her own home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the individual to live their life as they choose and achieve their goals.
  • Engage in intensive interaction, such as mirroring actions and body language.
  • Support with personal care, medication, food shopping, and domestic tasks.
  • Provide emotional reassurance during times of distress.

Shift Patterns:

  • Day Shifts: 7am–10pm
  • Waking Night Shifts: 10pm–7am
  • Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
