Join Our Team as a Head Chef at Hache Burgers Connoisseurs LTD

We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and drive culinary excellence at Hache Burgers Connoisseurs LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes, maintaining the high standards of the restaurant.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, health, and safety in the kitchen at all times.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff, providing guidance and feedback to improve performance.
  • Manage and oversee a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared to specification.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle customer feedback and special requests, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
  • Maintain, operate, and care for kitchen equipment safely, reporting any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
  • Ensure portion control and minimize waste, adhering to cost control measures.
  • Support with stock management and stock control, assisting in the receiving and proper storage of deliveries, ensuring quality and freshness.
  • Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Be available full-time and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and most holidays.
  • Have a good personality and a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be consistent and reliable and an excellent team player.
