Exclusive Education is recruiting an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Complex Needs in the North West.

Role Overview

This role involves working at a school that caters to students with Complex Needs, providing support and assistance to ensure their academic success. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment, working closely with the educational team to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities
  • Support students with Complex Needs in their educational journey
  • Collaborate with teachers to deliver the curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Provide personal care as needed, adhering to individual student requirements
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
Requirements
  • Relevant teaching assistant qualification (e.g. NCFE, CACHE or NVQ Level 1, 2 or 3)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK or UK residency
  • Prior experience working with children within the last two years
  • Strong knowledge of the curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Previous experience working with students with Complex Needs
  • Two professional references
  • A valid DBS registration or willingness to obtain one
