About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to contribute to the success of our operations in a high footfall retail environment.

As a Cafe Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in maintaining high standards of quality work and supporting a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate receipt and storage of deliveries
  • Supervise a team, fostering a culture of welcome, support, and collaboration
  • Act as a responsible key holder and support with bookwork and other duties as needed
  • Develop and manage weekly rotas in line with management guidelines
  • Order stock to maintain optimal levels and delegate tasks as necessary
  • Promote a proactive team culture and ensure compliance with Food Handling and Hygiene standards
  • Maintain a positive attitude under pressure and adhere to Health and Safety regulations
Requirements
  • Previous experience in supervising frontline teams in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure
