Job Summary
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement land acquisition strategies to meet project targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including design teams and external consultants, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess land suitability.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record in housing land planning or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with COINS land appraisal software.
