At Veolia, we are committed to helping the world take better care of its resources and become a better place for everyone. As a Material Sales Development Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing and developing outlets for recyclable plastic materials within our Material Sales Department.

About the Role

This position is responsible for maintaining and continuously developing a wide-reaching network of stakeholders, customers, and industry professionals. You will understand and monitor changing material markets and industry developments, continuously developing market analysis, interpretation, and mapping.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and develop a strong network of stakeholders, customers, and industry professionals.
  2. Monitor and analyze changing material markets and industry developments.
  3. Promote relevant activities of Veolia and its Material Sales Team through designated means.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience within the waste industry, preferably in recovered plastic recycling.
  • Ideal candidate has business/sales/international trade experience and knowledge of domestic and cross-border waste regulations.
  • Strong interest in recycling and waste management or related industries.
  • Dynamic individual who can cope with a fast-paced/pressure environment and has high computer literacy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as empathy and social networking abilities.
