We are seeking an experienced Automotive Systems Validation Engineer to join our team at Expleo Group. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the Automotive sector, driving forward electrical and embedded systems projects based in Woking, Surrey.

This role involves collaborating with customers, suppliers, vehicle operators, and external test facilities to ensure accurate and timely systems, software, and vehicle validation. You will work across multiple vehicle domains such as body, interdomain, FUSA, and Hybrid Supervisor to ensure systems and software changes meet requirements and integrate with wider vehicle systems.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Automotive Engineering or a similar discipline, with over 4 years of experience in an automotive software development environment (Design and Verification). A passion for cars and motorsport is also desirable.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating system-level problems, identifying root causes, and working with systems, software, and hardware teams to resolve issues efficiently. You will also represent Expleo and the Validation Team to external stakeholders within the client and, in some instances, with external suppliers.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication skills, be able to prioritize workload effectively, and manage stakeholder expectations regarding test completion. We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
