Company Overview:
Tailored Resourcing Solution is a Global Group that supplies leading retailers with an exciting portfolio of Fresh Food focused products. This presents a unique opportunity to work in partnership with them and take on the role of Senior QA/Product Manager.

We have the privilege of collaborating with their technical team, fresh produce suppliers, and internal depot quality teams at our new state-of-the-art chilled fresh food facility dedicated to packing a range of imported fresh produce products. The successful candidate will work closely with these teams to ensure seamless operations.

Job Description:
The Senior QA/Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all arrivals meet the retailer's quality specifications and intake protocols. This includes inspecting shipments and accurately reporting product quality. Additionally, the candidate will inform the Technical team about any non-conforming products (quality and packaging/labelling) that need to be sent for third-party repacking or sorting. They will also advise the team on the order of use for stock arriving based on quality assessment. Furthermore, they will visit and review quality standards of UK fresh produce growers and packing sites to ensure that products are grown, packed, and dispatched according to specification.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum of Chilled Food/Fresh Produce exposure in previous positions is essential. Excellent man-management skills are also necessary. The ideal candidate should have QA/QC knowledge and a valid driving license.
