Job Role:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to coordinate our Writing Group, helping members to reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will have a passion for writing and a strong understanding of the importance of creative expression. They will be able to provide a supportive environment, encouraging members to share their work and develop their skills.

Key Tasks:

  1. To plan and deliver engaging writing workshops and activities
  2. To encourage members to share their work and provide constructive feedback
  3. To maintain a positive and inclusive group dynamic
  4. To ensure that all activities are accessible and enjoyable for all members

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • GCSE standard literacy
  • Knowledge of technology, including laptops, tablets, and PCs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience
