Job Title: EYFS Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EYFS Teacher to join our team at Step Teachers. As a key member of our education recruitment agency, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education services to our clients in North London, East London, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Oxfordshire, Cornwall, and Devon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and effective lesson plans to facilitate student learning and achievement.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional development in students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of educational activities.
  • Provide constructive feedback to regular teaching staff on students' progress and development.
  • Adhere to school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Recent experience as a Nursery School Teacher or an EYFS Teacher.
  • Strong classroom management skills and ability to promote positive behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and students.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across different schools and year groups.
  • Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to undergo checks.
