Job Title: EYFS Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EYFS Teacher to join our team of supply teachers in an Academy in Waltham Forest. As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring uninterrupted education and creating a positive learning environment for students when their regular teachers are absent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively to facilitate student learning and engagement.
  • Maintain a well-organized and respectful classroom environment, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient school day.
  • Provide constructive feedback to regular teaching staff on students' progress and development.
  • Adhere to school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Recent experience as a Nursery School Teacher or an EYFS Teacher.
  • Strong classroom management skills and ability to adapt to different learning environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and students.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across different schools and year groups.
  • Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to undergo checks.
