Attega Group Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will provide critical support to our sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team: Assist with tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain sales order and PDI schedules: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of sales orders, PDI schedules, and other relevant data.
  • Coordinate transport moves and monitor P&L: Oversee the coordination of transport moves, monitor profit and loss statements, and report on key performance indicators.
  • Manage DVLA road registration process: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage the registration process for vehicles.
  • Manage telematics, warranty, and service contracts: Oversee the ordering, allocation, and activation of telematics systems, as well as the management of warranty and service contracts.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Office applications: Advanced Excel skills are highly desirable.
  • Good level of numeracy: Strong mathematical skills are essential for this role.
  • Previous experience in sales support: While not essential, previous experience in a sales support role is highly desirable.

Attega Group Limited offers a competitive salary, death in service, 22 days holiday, and sick pay. This is a full-time, permanent role with a 42.5-hour workweek, Monday to Friday.
