About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Kitchen Specialist to join our team at Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery. As a Sales Kitchen Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance in our showroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Design and present kitchen solutions to customers, using CAD software and other tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen design and installation principles.
