Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Global Training Lead to join our team at Inventum Group (Formally Wells Tobias). The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering training to end clients and in-house users on the Fieldglass system or similar VMS.

This is a mainly remote role with occasional travel to London or Luton.

As a Global Training Lead, you will be responsible for providing training and support for users of the system. You will help users understand the system's features, such as master data, associations, and administrative information.

The role requires the individual to work closely with the implementation project management team, gain an understanding of the customer-tailored product through design workshops plus UAT, and deliver the necessary training to various users internally and externally.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering training to end clients and in-house users on the Fieldglass system
  • Providing technical support to users
  • Working closely with the implementation project management team
  • Gaining an understanding of the customer-tailored product through design workshops and UAT
