Production Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at HSL Chairs. As a key member of our Manufacturing department, you will be responsible for ensuring that production targets and deadlines are met, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate production workflow for multiple products across several teams.
  • Manage performance of teams and conduct performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
  • Conduct individual reviews and address issues when they arise.
  • Manage risk by ensuring adherence to H&S rules and company policy.
  • Responsible for effective management and maintenance of raw materials/stock control.
  • Work closely with teams to ensure quality processes are developed and maintained.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build relationships across different departments.
  • Self-motivated and flexible with decision-making capabilities.
