Production Supervisor

HSL Chairs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Manufacturing department, you will be responsible for ensuring production targets and deadlines are met, with a focus on quality and product specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate production workflow for multiple products across several teams.
- Manage performance of teams and conduct performance reviews.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective production processes.
- Address and resolve issues as they arise.
- Manage workflow to maximize production and ensure team members have necessary tools and PPE.
- Ensure compliance with company policy and H&S rules.
- Responsible for effective management and maintenance of raw materials/stock control.
- Work closely with teams to develop and maintain quality processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to build relationships across departments and thrive in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and flexible with decision-making capabilities.
