About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker/Driver to join our team at Brainkind. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and monitoring checks, undertaking minor refurbishment and redecoration, and ensuring the security features of our service are maintained.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine maintenance and monitoring checks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Undertake minor refurbishment and redecoration to areas of the service as requested.
  • Maintain the security features of our service, including perimeter fencing, lighting, CCTV, and other features where fitted.
  • Carry out basic repairs internally and externally.
About You
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
  • A driving license is required for this position.
  • Awareness/knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislation is necessary.
  • Knowledge of COSHH is also required.
