About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team at Saha. As a Maintenance Worker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our residential building, furniture, and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a planned maintenance program to ensure the building's internal and external aspects are clean and well-maintained.
- Identify and address any repairs or maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with contractors to complete repairs and maintenance activities.
- Collect and deliver items locally, including repair materials and furniture.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and has excellent communication skills. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Successfully completing a variety of low-level repair and maintenance activities.
- Safely using equipment provided for repairs.
- Utilizing good diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Managing a varied workload and demonstrating strong time management skills.
