Academy Training Administrator | Digital Services Specialist

This is a high-profile position requiring the most proficient candidates to manage effective relationships with clinicians, managers, and staff for Digital Services training and Epic EPR application.
Key Responsibilities- Planning and Scheduling: Coordinate all Epic classroom training activities to ensure seamless delivery.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Lead multidisciplinary event planning group meetings to drive project success.
- Project Planning and Delivery: Leverage experience in project implementation to drive digital training services forward.
- Ambassador for Digital Training: Represent the Digital Training Service as a trusted partner for clinicians, managers, and staff.
- Training Team Liaison: Serve as the key contact for Trust-wide managers and staff, providing guidance on Epic development and training curriculum.
The successful candidate will contribute to a dynamic team delivering exceptional digital training services and continual improvement to support the Trust, its partners, and external clients across the South West.
