We are seeking a motivated and empathetic staff nurse to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. As a staff nurse, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective care to patients in a low-secure forensic setting, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegating tasks and planning the daily nursing board to ensure safe running of the ward
  • Facilitating 1 to 1 sessions and building a rapport with service users
  • Completing risk reduction work with service users, such as substance misuse, coping skills, and mindfulness
  • Completing key nurse paperwork in a timely manner, such as care plans, risk assessments, and reading of MHA rights
Salary and Benefits
