About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director and Company Secretary to join our team at Recruit North Recruitment. As a key member of our Board, you will play an active role in the running of our company and be responsible for overseeing the finance and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the finance function, including cash management, budgeting, and financial performance.
  • Manage the administrative functions, including human resources, payroll, and compliance with GDPR and AML regulations.
  • Ensure that the company is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the IT function and manage the Business Risk Register.
  • Act as Company Secretary and provide support to the Board.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a sound financial background and experience in overseeing the finance and administrative functions within a small but busy company. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with the Board and other stakeholders.

What We Offer
