Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Service Manager to join our team in Swindon. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of colleagues to provide person-centred support plans, conduct care needs assessments, and recruit and induct new staff members.
  • Develop and implement effective care management strategies to promote independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the service.
  • Participate in the on-call rota to provide 24/7 support.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a care management role, preferably with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex needs, and challenging behaviors.
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
