Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in West London forensic services. The successful candidate will work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide a client-centred service to service users with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply evidence-based principles to assess, plan, and deliver sensory integration interventions.
  • Lead on the evaluation of sensory integration approaches for service users.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to less experienced staff, including conducting Performance Development Reviews.
  • Collaborate with the wider AHP service to ensure a seamless service delivery.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience working in forensic mental health services and a strong understanding of sensory integration principles. They will be able to demonstrate excellent clinical skills, leadership abilities, and communication skills.
